Community Empowerment Movement Network (CEMN) Chapter Grace Designation

Information on Grace Activation:

Any Chapter Coach/Trainer who is absent from a scheduled Chapter Meeting for reasons other than dire emergencies will be considered on Grace. When Grace is applied, it is not for punishment but serves to remind the Coach/Trainers of the Commitment they have made to themselves and fellow Chapter Coach/Trainers to accept responsibility for their actions and their agreement to be held accountable for their actions. The Chapters currently use the period of the 22nd of one month to the 21st of the next month to define a Production Month. Participation as an Active Chapter Member means the Coach/Trainer has an Active Membership in CEMN and is in Good Standing and has not exceeded the allowable number of Grace 3’s. Grace Rules are based on a 12-month time starting when a Coach/Trainer first officially joins a Chapter. Grace is activated when:  You miss or late for a Chapter Meeting in a Production Month  During a scheduled Chapter Meeting a Coach/Trainer fails to read their Production Report.  Failure to notify the Chapter Meeting Leader or Chapter Secretary of a normal nonattendance. 1. Emergencies that involve you, family members or situations beyond your normal control which need to be communicated to the Chapter Leader or Chapter Secretary as soon as possible 2. Two Weeks of Vacations (10 Chapter Missed Meetings) can be taken in a twelve month anniversary period based on official Chapter start date, without Grace being activated as long as Chapter Meeting Leader, Chapter Secretary or Corporate are notified prior to vacation departure(s).

How does the Grace System work?

Grace Status:

The First-time Grace is activated in a Production Month, it counts as a Grace 1. The second Grace in a Production Month would be a Grace 2 and the third Grace in a Production Month would be a Grace 3.
